Branson’s innovation of Bransonic® Ultrasonic Baths included signature elevated control panel, positioned above and behind the bath to avoid damage and increase operator safety. With unique sweep frequency technology to eliminate standing waves, and pioneering 40kHz industrial transducers, Bransonic ultrasonic baths have been the industry standard for quality, reliability, and precision cleaning.
APPLICATIONS
Laboratory/medical/special utilities: Cleaning of instruments or special parts, metal components, glass and ceramic.
Industrial/basic cleaning: Removing soils, contaminants, oils, and compounds from light industrial parts, electronics, jewelry, etc.
Beyond cleaning: Sample preparation; degassing liquids, mixing and homogenization, dissolving solids, cell lysing and dispersion of particles.

Digital Ultrasonic Cleaning Bath
Overview: The Bransonic® CPXH digital bath is our most advanced ultrasonic bath yet. It features the benefits of heated cleaning with the ability to set temperatures from 20°C/68°F – 69°C/156.2°F . Plus, you get complete digital control with programmable capabilities and self-adaptive technology for consistent, worry-free operation – every time. All Bransonic® baths can also be used for cell separation, sample preparation and degassing of liquids.

Bransonic® CPX
Digital Ultrasonic Cleaning Bath
Overview: With the Bransonic® CPX, we’ve gone digital and defined a new category in ultrasonic baths. We’ve reimagined our iconic line of ultrasonic baths for total control with a fully digital Tower Control Panel. The CPX also features our new self-adaptive technology that actively tracks and adapts to changes within the bath. All Bransonic® baths can also be used for cell separation, sample preparation and degassing of liquids.

Bransonic® MH
Mechanical Ultrasonic Cleaning Bath
Overview: With the Bransonic® MH Ultrasonic bath, you get the added benefit of heat coupled with the durability and performance of our flagship ultrasonic bath. It also features a temperature sensor and auto shut-off when the unit reaches 69°C/156.2°F. All Bransonic® baths can also be used for cell separation, sample preparation and degassing of liquids.

Bransonic® Ultrasonic Cleaning Bath Accessories
Bransonic accessories are designed to maximize the effectiveness of your Bransonic baths. It is important that parts do not rest on the bottom of the bath, as it can inhibit the ultrasonic activity and possibly damage the unit. A variety of perforated trays, mesh baskets, beakers, and support racks give you the option of direct or indirect cleaning. All five models come with covers to allow the cleaning bath to heat up more quickly.
